Patient Martyr utilizes the strengths of many musical styles to create a fresh, unique sound. By combining powerful and melodic guitar playing with a driving rhythm foundation, and amplified by raw, emotional vocals, they strive to blend musical complexity with the simplicity of today’s modern rock feel. Patient Martyr’s six members are all native to Elyria, Ohio. Featuring Matt Sprague on Bass Guitar, Matt Downey on Percussion, Craig "camel" Hamilton on Guitar, Guy Wolford on Keyboards, Ryan "whale" Downey on Guitar, and Nick Price on Lead Vocal. Influenced by an array of bands, Patient Martyr personifies a fresh outlook on music, and a new-age combination of power, emotion, and musicality.
