We have been together since the end summer the
of 2000. Brian, Rob, Josh, and Dave started jamming with a fellow named
Ben(a singer) during the 1999-2000 winter. Things didn't work out, because
they didn't like Ben's singing and Rob decided to hate EVERYONE in the
band, because there was nothing better to do. :) Brian, Josh, and Dave
continued to jam over the summer for fun, but Brian and Josh decided to
create a serious band towards the end of the summer. Rob rejoined and then
shortly after Andy joined. Then about in December 2000 Dave joined again.
On March 1st, 2001 Dave left Gun Moll again, because of conflicting
schedules, and difference of opinions. It was on good terms though! :) Gun
Moll's sound is odd, because everyone in the band has different opinions
on music. Rob and Brian have worked together before in a band called Recoat
Samurai which didn't succeed, but the Russian Song was written
during that time by Rob along with a few others. The songs are all pretty
much different forms of punk rock music. |
